Smoking

 There will be a ballot on the smoking policy within the club for two weeks in March. Members are requested to vote in the branch where there will be a box on the bar and slips to fill in to with their preference on the branch being a smoking or non smoking club. you must be a paid up member to have a vote and also provide your name to avoid any double voting . The box will be opened on the evening of Monday 30th March at 6.pm in the branch and counted in front of all present. Anyone who cannot make it into the branch please speak to one of the branch officers and they will cast your vote for you .
